Typical Hiring Profile

Must have: (includes certifications and special skills, ex: ACLS, BLS, NIH)

•        Case management experience (HCA preferred)

•       Worked in a fast paced case management department

•       Discharge planning assessment and ongoing

•       Referral for post-acute discharge and follow-up

Additional Preferences: (ex: previous travel experience preferred, easily adaptable to fast paced unit, can function well independently)
