Job Description

• Position: RRT - Respiratory Therapy
• Location: Austin, TX 78756
• Pay Rate: $38-$39/hr
• Shift: Days/Nights (3x12 hours- 6-6)
• Work Week: 36 hours per week
• Gross weekly: $1,431/week
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Start:ASAP--- NO ON CALL REQUIRED
• Weekend: Yes Required

The purpose of a unit profile is to help provide an exceptional understanding of the unit.  Profiles will include location, number of beds, patient rations, and other unique details to assist recruiting professional in effectively and efficiently identifying highly qualified staff.   Below you will find a data collection tool to help you identify essential data needed to complete your profile. 

Unit Description:

• Number of Beds -71
• Number of Staff – 16
• Type of staff:
  • Day Shift – (example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters)
  • Night Shift -
• Patient Ratios –
• Type of equipment – 980’S, V60’S, METANEB, C-1, NIHON KOHDEN. AIRVO
• EMR –
• Permanent Positions on Unit Avaliable? (Y/N) – YES

Dress Code:

• Dress Code: Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire.

• Scrub Color – BLACK SCRUB BOTTOMS, OLIVE GREEN SCRUB TOPS

Preferred or nice to have:  candidates with these skills will be considered first.

• Must have BLS
• RRT   
• Need 2 sup refs (charge accepted) at submittal; 1 w/in 12 mo. & 1 w/in 3 years worked
• SSN, DL & Covid Card mandatory for Submittal
