As of 1/1/24 – all new and returning agency staff must have de-escalation training as part of their onboarding and clearance.  Facility As of 1/1/2024 - ALL new AND returning agency staff must have completed training from one of following groups for onboarding and clearance: CPI, AVADE or MOAB.  These are the only certificates that will be considered.

Coordinates total nursing care for patients, participates in patient and family teaching, and provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting.

Patient population: Adult-Geriatric

Dress code: Traveler provided professional scrubs (no logos)

EMR: Epic

Multipliers (OT, Holiday): 1.25%

• CARDIAC DRIP EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THIS NEED.  NOTE EXPERIENCE ON PROFILE
• DEMENTIA EXPERIENCE/MANAGEMENT REQUIRED
• NIHSS strongly preferred
• EPIC experience
• This is a small community without public transport.  Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle.  This is a firm requirement.
