Join Our Team: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Role with Evolve HCR
Location: Longmont, CO
Employment Type: Contract
Shift: Days
Pay: $1152/week
Expected Hours: 32 per week

Key Responsibilities:
- Therapeutic Support: Administer therapy treatments as prescribed by the Occupational Therapist.
- Patient Care: Assist in improving patients’ motor skills, emotional well-being, and daily living abilities.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of patient progress and updates as directed by the supervising therapist.
- Program Implementation: Follow established treatment protocols and individualized education plans (IEPs) where applicable.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with Occupational Therapists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- Active certification as a COTA.
- State licensure where applicable.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
