 Key Responsibilities:   

• Patient Assessment and Care:  Conduct patient assessments, manage patient care plans, and perform clinical nursing procedures according to the facility’s standards.
• Patient Education:  Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medication instructions, and health management techniques.
• Collaborative Care:  Work closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Record Keeping:  Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and progress to maintain compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Quality Improvement:  Participate in quality improvement initiatives to support the highest standards in patient care and safety.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in Arizona or compact licensure, with a preference for candidates holding multi-state licenses.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in cardiac care, preferably within a cardiac cath lab or similar clinical setting.
• Proficiency in clinical assessment and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification highly preferred.
