Job Description

• Position: Medical Laboratory
• Location: Snoqualmie, WA 98065
• Pay Rate: $68- $70/hour
• Gross Weekly: $2,800/week
• Shift : Nights-(Three 10-hour night shifts plus ability to pick up additional 10-hour evening shift.)
• Work Week: 30-40 hours per week
• Duration: 13 weeks (high Possibility of contract extension)
• Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities:

• Conduct a variety of complex laboratory tests, analyses, and procedures to aid in patient diagnosis and treatment.
• Perform tasks such as specimen collection, processing, and analysis using sophisticated laboratory equipment.
• Ensure accuracy and precision in laboratory test results by adhering to quality control standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to interpret test results and provide valuable insights.
• Stay updated on advancements in laboratory technology and methodologies.
• Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment.

Unit Notes:--

• EMR: EPIC
• License: Uopn Acceptance
• Experienced MT or MLS needed to work three 10-hour night shifts per week plus ability to pick up an additional evening shift for total of 40 hours/week.
• Phlebotomy required
• Experience with Siemens Dimension EXL, Sysmex CA-660, Solana molecular, Horiba ABX Pentra, and EPIC EMR preferred.
•  No immunohematology; no microbiology.
• This is a generalist position in a predominately STAT lab.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field.

• Certifications: Required:-  ACLS BLS/BCL  PALS  NRP

  • Laboratory Certifications:-   HEW ASCP  AMT NCA
  Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLS) or equivalent.
• State licensure Upon Acceptance.
• Strong attention to detail and proficiency in laboratory techniques.
• Knowledge of laboratory information systems and data management.
