Unit Profiles: The purpose of a unit profile is to help provide an exceptional understanding of the unit.  Profiles will include location, number of beds, patient rations, and other unique details to assist recruiting professional in effectively and efficiently identifying highly qualified staff.   Below you will find a data collection tool to help you identify essential data needed to complete your profile.    Data Collection: Unit Information:  Mammography Department Location: 1700 Oregon Building: Oregon Medical Building Floor: Ground Order Detail: Facility Department Number: 794 Discipline: Mammography Quantity: 1 Target Start Date: ASAP Shift: Days 7:30-4 Call Requirements None Weekends: None General Information Tell us about the unit(s): •       Number of Beds – n/a •       Number of Staff –  1 •       Type of staff: o   Day Shift –  1 technologist o   Night Shift – n/a •       Patient Ratios – 5 daily average •       Type of equipment -  2D GE Sennograph Essential •       EMR – Meditech •       Permanent Positions on Unit Avaliable? Yes, 1 Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for:  (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)   Must have:  candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. •       Mammography certified •       Mammography experience •       QA/QC experience Preferred or nice to have:  candidates with these skills will be considered first. •        Experience in other Radiology modalities •         List typical procedures performed on unit(s):   •        Screening mammograms •        Diagnostic mammograms •       Dexa scans Best personality Fit: •        Independent individual •         Dress Code: Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire. •       Scrub Color -  navy blue •       No acrylic and or superficial nails   Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines. •           Awards/Recognition:  Feel free to include items such as links to videos that feature the department, outstanding department/team awards, reigning annual chili cook-off winners, etc.  •         •         Any additional information that would entice a worker to select your unit for their assignment:  Consider items such as new equipment or technology, tenure and experience of staff, schedule options, etc.  *Remember it is a very competitive market any information you can provide will help attract talent.
