Job Description:

United Healthcare System is seeking a highly qualified Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)  to join our dynamic team in San Luis Obispo, 93409, CA. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the health and well-being of employees within various occupational settings. Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Responsibilities:

 

• Provide skilled nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician.
• Monitor and record patients' vital signs and medical information accurately.
• Assist in the implementation of care plans and ensure patients' needs are met
• Educate patients and their families about medical conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.
• Handle medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions as required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:                                                                                              

• LVN active License
• BLS – AHA approved
• Covid\exemption proof
• Driver’s License
• 2 Professional references
