Key Responsibilities

• Patient Assessment and Care: Rapidly assess and respond to patient needs, administer medications, and manage emergent care plans.
• Family and Patient Education: Educate patients and families on care plans, discharge instructions, and health management.
• Collaborative Care: Coordinate with physicians and healthcare teams for integrated patient care.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely patient records to meet healthcare standards.
• Quality Improvement: Contribute to initiatives that promote high-quality emergency care.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania RN license.
• Minimum of 3 years of ER experience preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
