Effective Immediately,  You MUST include your AGENCY Massachusetts Temporary Nursing Service Agency License (Nursing Pool) license up front with all Berkshire Health System nursing submissions. This license is required by the state of MA in order to staff for temporary needs. If you have questions on this requirement, please visit:

NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).  Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload.  RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED

8hrs non-billable orientation

Holiday and OT Multipliers - 1.25%

Requirement description :

• 2 years current Endoscopy experience 
• 1 year current Endo TECH experience - NOTE ON PROFILE 
• Meditech Expanse experience strongly preferred 
• ACLS MUST BE IN HAND AT PROFILE UPLOAD.  FACILITY WILL NOT PEND-NOT NEGOTIABLE
• BLOCK SCHEDULING WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS NEED, OR SHIFT ACCOMMODATIONS (10/12HRS)
• PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU REVIEW COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS NEED WITH YOUR TRAVELER TO ENSURE THEY WILL MEET ALL MEDICAL/VACCINATION REQUIREMENTS BEFORE UPLOAD TO TRIO.
• Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle.  This is a firm requirement. 

Profile Requirements: 

• Work History
• Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year 
• 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
• License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile, including Covid Vaccination proofs (dated on or after 10/3/23) or intent to file exemption form 

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :

• ACLS (AHA)
• BLS (AHA)

STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :

• Massachusetts

ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : MA RN license must be in hand at profile upload. Facility will not pend license

Weekend Requirements : As needed/Holidays required if scheduled

On Call Requirements : Yes/Nights
