ob Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Med/Surg

Location: Bismark, ND

Pay Scale: $2200 to $2300/ per week

Shift: Days

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Med/Surg unit, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Perform nursing assessments, develop care plans, and implement nursing interventions as needed.
• Monitor patients' conditions, vital signs, and response to treatments, reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
• Administer medications, including IV therapy, and perform wound care as per prescribed treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and families about medical conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
• Ensure accurate and detailed documentation of all nursing interventions, assessments, and patient progress.
• Maintain a clean and safe patient care environment, adhering to infection control and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Nebraska (or ability to obtain licensure).
• At least 1 year of experience in a Med/Surg nursing setting.
• Strong clinical skills in patient assessment, medication administration, and wound care.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
