Job Description
Join Our Team: RRT - Respiratory Therapy(CRT) Role with Evolve HCR
Location: Austin, TX 78704
Start Date: ASAP
Employment Type: 13 weeks Contract
Shift: Flexible - Days/Nights 0600-1830 or 1800-0630
Pay: $39/hour
Expected Hours: 36 per week
Call Requirements: None
Weekends: Every Other

Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Assessment: Evaluate patients with respiratory conditions and determine the most appropriate therapy.
- Therapeutic Care: Administer respiratory treatments, including oxygen therapy, nebulizer treatments, and bronchopulmonary drainage.
- Equipment Management: Operate and maintain respiratory therapy equipment, ensuring safety and compliance.
- Diagnostic Tests: Conduct diagnostic tests such as spirometry to measure lung function.
- Patient Education: Educate patients and families on managing respiratory conditions effectively.
Unit Profiles:
The purpose of a unit profile is to help provide an exceptional understanding of the unit. Profiles will include location, number of beds, patient rations, and other unique details to assist recruiting professional in effectively and efficiently identifying highly qualified staff. Below you will find a data collection tool to help you identify essential data needed to complete your profile

- Number of Beds - 368
- Number of Staff – 6 to 7 staff per shift
- Type of staff:
- Day Shift – 1 supervisor, 5 or 6 RTs
- Night Shift – 1 supervisor, 5 or 6 RTs
- Patient Ratios – 35-45 UOS
- Type of equipment – Servo, Hamilton, Airvo
- EMR – Meditech

Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
- RRT or CRT
- BLS
- TX RCP
- At least one year of adult experience
- SSN, DL, Covid Card Mandatory
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
- NICU experience
Dress Code: Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire.
