Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Med Surg LPN to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered care, assisting with medical-surgical needs and promoting patient comfort and recovery. This role requires strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to patient safety and well-being.

Duties

• Administer medications, treatments, and monitor patient responses.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living and mobility support.
• Monitor vital signs and accurately document all procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Follow infection control protocols and maintain patient safety standards.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an LPN in a medical-surgical or acute care setting.
• Experience in high-volume or acute care environments is preferred.

Requirements

• Active LPN license (New Hampshire or Compact).
• Certification in BLS (Basic Life Support) is required.
