• Position: Tech: CST - OR/SURGERY
• Location:  Los Angeles, CA 90015
• Pay Rate: $37-$38/hour
• Gross Weekly: $1,476/week
• Shift : Days/ Evenings(1030-2300 with rotating weekends and call)
• Work Week: 36 hours per week(variable , 1x /week, 8 hours (2300-0700 weekdays) and 8 hours Weekends - one of the 3 shifts - 0630-1500, 1500-2300, 2300-0700
• Duration: 13 weeks (high Possibility of contract extension)
• Start Date: **1/6 Start Date ONLY**

Unit Notes:--

• Unit: OR (Operating System)

• Call Schedule-variable , 1x /week, 8 hours (2300-0700 weekdays) and 8 hours Weekends - one of the 3 shifts - 0630-1500, 1500-2300, 2300-0700

• Common Case: Trauma, Ortho, Vascular, and General

Required Certifications:-

• BLS, Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) via NBSTSA Certificate
• CA License
• SSN, DL & Covid Card required for Submittal.
• 2 Professional References( Recent & Supervisory)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Surgical Preparation: Ensure operating rooms are sterile and properly equipped.
2. Assisting in Surgery: Assist surgeons by passing instruments, maintaining sterile fields, and handling surgical materials.
3. Patient Care: Support the patient pre and post-surgery, ensuring comfort and safety.
4. Equipment Management: Clean and sterilize equipment and instruments.
5. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of procedures and supplies used during surgery.

Qualifications:

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification required.
• Previous experience in surgical settings preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a sterile environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
