Job Description
Marin Health Medical Center is currently seeking a Radiation Oncology RN who specializes in Radiology Oncology. Radiation Oncology experience is preferred, but not required. If no Rad Onc experience, candidate must have >3 years of Oncology experience. OCN Certification is Preferred Qualified candidates also must have the following prerequisite skills. Advanced organizational skills and ability to prioritize competing demands. Current knowledge of common cancers and their treatments, including chemotherapiesgiven for diagnoses, such as breast, prostate, lung, brain, and head & neckcancers Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with clinical andadministrative colleagues Excellent communication skills and ability to relay complex medical information to patients at the appropriate level Excellent critical thinking/problem solving skills
Shift: Day shift (0800 - 1630), Monday through Friday, no weekends (1 day off every 2 weeks)
