Location: Owosso, MI

Shift: Days

Status: URGENT POSITION

Salary: $31.91/hour - $45.94/hour (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate, high-quality hospice care to patients in their homes or care facilities.
• Develop and implement personalized care plans tailored to patient needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best patient outcomes.
• Offer emotional support and guidance to patients and their families.

Requirements:

• Education: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing or anticipated graduation within 4 months of hire date - Required
• Licensing: Current RN license from the state of Michigan - Required
• Certification: BLS Certification - Required
• Experience: Previous healthcare experience - Strongly Preferred

Certification Requirements:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
