THIS IS FOR A UROLOGY ULTRASOUND TECH

Assignment Location:  41 Waconah Street, Pittsfield, MA 01201

COVID VACCINATION (dose date on or after 10/3/23) NOW REQUIRED FOR THIS HEALTH SYSTEM.

With a commitment to excellence, our urology team ensures personalized care, emphasizing both treatment and support for optimal urological health.  Our care team includes ultrasound technicians who perform bladder and renal ultrasounds at the time of the patient’s visit.  We also have an onsite lab draw station for our Urology patients.

• Must be familiar with sterile technique and set up of sterile trays.

• Ability to function independently and proficiently.

• Must be able to move and lift patients, equipment, and supplies on a regular basis.

• Ability to function in a high stress, work intensive environment.

Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload.  RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!!   NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).  Traveler must be willing to work ONE of the following: 

8hrs non-billable orientation

Holiday, OT and Call-Back multipliers:  1.25%

Call:  4/hour

Requirement description : THIS IS FOR A UROLOGY ULTRASOUND TECH

• 3 year current Urology ULT/Sonographer experience 
• Certification through ARDMS
• Meditech Expanse experience preferred 
• Traveler must have their own vehicle

• Work History
• Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year 
• 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
• License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :

• ARDMS
• BLS (AHA)

ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : RCS; CCI certification accepted

Weekend Requirements : TBD/Holidays required if needed

On Call Requirements : TBD
