Join Our Team: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Role with Evolve HCR
Location: Pasco, WA
Employment Type: Contract
Shift: Days
Pay: $1440/week
Expected Hours: 36-40 per week

Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Care Delivery: Assist in implementing therapy plans by guiding patients through therapeutic exercises and treatments.
- Equipment Management: Prepare, sanitize, and maintain therapy equipment and treatment areas.
- Progress Monitoring: Document patient progress and report any concerns to the supervising physical therapist.
- Patient Education: Provide instruction and encouragement to patients and families about exercises and therapy goals.
- Collaboration: Work under the supervision of licensed physical therapists to ensure effective and compliant treatment.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Active state licensure or certification as a PTA.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in physical therapy settings is preferred.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
