Unit Specifics:
• Number of Beds : 12
• Patient Ratios : 3-4:1
• Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : 1 Nurse Tech
• Type of equipment : GE
• Documentation system: Meditech
• Scheduling requirements: 36 hours a week every other weekend
• Floating policy: Floats to ICU and ICU overflow unit
• Patient Experience requirements:

• Certifications: ACLS, PALS, BLS

Requested Skill Set:
Must have:
PCU experience
Advanced skills needed: Strong critical thinking skills and communication skills
Procedures performed on unit: PICC, chest tubes, thoracentesis, trachs, INDs,
Certifications Required: ACLS, PALS, BLS
Dress Code: (Required uniform)
• Galaxy Blue or Pewter scrubs
Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please attach unit specific policies and guidelines.
• Will give during education onboarding with facility educator.
