Data Collection: Unit Information:  SICU Location: HCA LewisGale Medical Center Address: 1900 Electric Road Salem, VA 24153 Floor: 3rd Floor CCU Building: Main   General Information Tell us about the unit(s): •         Number of Beds – 12 •         Number of Staff – 32 •         Type of staff: o    Day Shift –Director, Manager, Clinical Coordinator, RNs, Externs, Paramedic o    Night Shift – RNs, Externs •         Patient Ratios – 2:1, 3:1, 1:1 •         Type of equipment –  Tablo, IABP, Impella, Brain Cool, Swan Ganz, BIS, Vigilance, Baxter, Hemosphere, Pyxis •         EMR – Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for:    Must have:  candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. •          ACLS, BLS •         ICU Experience Preferred or nice to have:  candidates with these skills will be considered first. •          Cardiac Experience •          CCRN List typical procedures performed on unit(s):   •           TVP, TCP, post cath, Sheath Removal •          Bedside Trach •         SLED Best personality Fit: •          Team Focus REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: •         None Floating Area(s): •         Throughout facility Dress Code: •         Scrub Color/Attire –  Navy Blue   Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines. •         No block scheduling guarantee   Weekends and On call (if any): •         Every other weekend, no on call
