What You’ll Be Doing
Helping patients regain mobility and independence without making therapy feel like a chore.
Designing treatment plans that actually work for real people, not just textbooks.
Collaborating with OTs, nurses, and physicians to make a real difference in patient care.
Educating patients and families on practical at-home exercises (so they actually do them).
Documenting your work—because if it’s not in the chart, did it really happen?
Who Should Apply?
Licensed Physical Therapists (PTs) with an active California license.
At least one year of SNF or rehab experience preferred (but if you’re a fast learner, we like that too).
Someone who’s passionate about helping people move, feel, and live better—without taking themselves too seriously.
