Job Description

Evolve Healthcare is now hiring for a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for our location in Pampa, TX.

Responsibilities: Under the direction and supervision of the Physical Therapist, provides medically prescribed therapeutic services in order to restore function and prevent disability in patients with musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, cardiopulmonary and/or integumentary disorders. Performs responsibilities in accordance with Physical Therapy, state and federal regulatory, licensing and accrediting requirements.

Requirements:

  • A.A. Degree
  • Current state Physical Therapist Assistance license
  • min 2 yrs experience preferred
  • Healthcare experience preferred.
  • Required: BLS (AHA), CPI
  • Bilingual is a plus
