JOB Description:

- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.

- Good telephone communication skills.
- Must be flexible to cover office for vacations.
- Computer proficiency-Microsoft Office Products and Allegra. Demonstrated ability to prioritize numerous tasks and demands. Excellent interpersonal skills good writing skills as related to minutes. Excellent Clerical and Organizational Skills including typing, data entry.
Submission Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Business or Secretarial training/experience REQUIRED
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Must be able to use communications equipment, phones, pagers, radios
- Must be able to work with many crews and contractors
- Must be able to communicate with patients using AIDET standars
