•       Number of Beds - 377

•       Number of Staff – 71

•       Type of staff:

o   Day Shift – 1 Director, 2 Manager, 2 Supervisors, 12 CLS, 5 CLA’s

o   Night Shift – 1 Lead during the week, 3 techs, 3 CLA’S, WE has nightshift supervisor

•       Patient Ratios –

•       Type of equipment – Siemens Atellicas (2), Sysmex 3100, Siemens 5100 & 2500, Sysmex AUWI will convert to the Beckman Coulter DxU Iris, Werfen Immucor Lumeno Echos, Rotem Sigma, PFA, Abbott ID, Abbott EPOC

•       EMR -

Skill Set Most recruited for: 

 

Must have:  candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

•        Chemistry experience

•       Hematology experience

Preferred or nice to have:  candidates with these skills will be considered first.

•        Blood Bank Experience

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):  

•       CBC/UA/CMP’S/BMP’S/PT/PTT/Fibrinogen/D-Dimers/Covid-19 

•        Type and Screen, Compatibility testing

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:

•       ASCP or equivalent

Floating Area(s):

•       Chemistry/UA/Coag/limited microbiology maybe some blood bank

Dress Code:

•       Scrub Color/Attire -  Black pant, olive green top

Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.

•        

Weekends and On call(if any)

•       Saturday night only, no on call
