Exciting Opportunity for Rehabilitation - Med/Surg RN in Windsor, VT!

Position: Registered Nurse (RN)

Specialty: Rehabilitation - Med/Surg

Duration: 13 weeks

Pay Range: $58-64/hr

Shift Notes:

• 12hr NIGHTS
• Will float to other Units between Acute Rehab/Acute Med Surg
• May be asked to work as a backup Charge Nurse
• Coordinates total nursing care for patients
• Participates in patient and family teaching
• Provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting
• EMR: Cerner
• Nurse to patient ratio: 1 to 4/5
• Average daily patient census: 22
• Local Travelers - Those who reside within 50 miles of the facility - are not eligible for this need.

Shift Benefits:

• 8hrs non-billable orientation
• Call-back, Holiday, and OT multipliers: 1.25%
• Call: 4/hour
• Charge: 3/hr

Submission Requirements:

• 2 years recent Med Surg & Rehab experience - Required
• May float between Acute Rehab and Med Surg
• CHARGE RN EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Previous Travel (at least 3 months) - Required
• BSN preferred

• 1 Supervisory Signed Reference from within the past two years of employment
• License/Certifications (RN license, BLS, ACLS, and PERM ADDRESS)

Certification Requirements:

• ACLS (AHA)
• BLS (AHA)

State License Requirements:

• Vermont (Compact Allowed)
