Job Title: LVN/LPN Position
Location: Kapaau, HI
Hourly Pay Rate: $47/hr (Negotiable)
Shifts: All shifts including days/nights/weekends/holidays
Contract Duration: 3 Months
Certifications Required:
- BLS by AHA
Minimum Experience: 1 year
Job Description:
United Health Care Staffing is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for an exciting opportunity in Kapaau, Hawaii. This is a 3-month contract position with a competitive hourly pay rate of $47, which is negotiable based on your experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Assist with patient assessments and the development of care plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Adhere to all safety and infection control policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Current LVN/LPN license in the state of Hawaii.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an LVN/LPN.
- BLS certification by the American Heart Association (AHA).
- Ability to work flexible shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
