Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for an outpatient setting in Wyoming, MI. This is a 13-week contract position with a competitive hourly pay range of $28 to $32. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a PTA, and be ready to contribute to a dynamic healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Physical Therapist in implementing treatment plans for patients.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate findings to the Physical Therapist.
• Instruct patients on exercises and therapeutic techniques as prescribed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient treatments.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety during therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in an outpatient setting.
• Active PTA license in the state of Maryland.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

Additional Information:

• Request for Time Off (RTO) cannot exceed 5 days during the contract period.
