Job Posting: Sterile Tech Position

Location: Lynwood, CA

Position: Sterile Technician

Hourly Pay Rate: $35/hr

Shift Options:

• Days
• Mid

Position Type: Per Diem

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sterile Technician
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association (AHA)

Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Sterile Technician for our facility in Lynwood, CA. This per diem position offers flexibility and a competitive hourly pay rate. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in sterile processing and must hold a current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities:

• Sterilize, assemble, and organize surgical instruments and equipment
• Ensure all instruments and equipment are properly cleaned and maintained
• Follow infection control and sterilization protocols
• Maintain accurate records of sterilization processes

Qualifications:

• Valid Sterile Processing Technician certification (preferred)
• BLS certification by AHA
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sterile processing
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
