Job Description: Surgical Technician
Location: Williston ND
Shift: Day Shift (3x12)
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Experience Required: Minimum 1 Years
Pay Rate: $40 - $45 per hour
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Surgical Technician to join our healthcare team in Williston ND for a 13-week contract. The ideal candidate will assist surgeons and medical teams during procedures by ensuring a sterile environment and properly handling surgical instruments.
Prepare and maintain surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies before, during, and after procedures.
Assist the surgical team by passing instruments, sponges, and sutures as needed.
Maintain a sterile field and ensure adherence to infection control protocols.
Monitor and account for surgical instruments and sponges before and after procedures.
Assist in positioning patients and preparing the operating room.
Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and anesthesiologists to ensure efficient and safe procedures.
Adhere to hospital policies, safety guidelines, and HIPAA regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum of 1 years of experience as a Surgical Technician.
Certification (CST) through NBSTSA preferred.
Proficiency in various surgical procedures and sterile techniques.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced surgical environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Must be available for day shift (3x12 schedule) and commit to a 13-week contract.
