Key Responsibilities

• Patient Preparation and Support: Assess and prepare patients for surgery, ensuring they are informed and comfortable.
• Intraoperative Care: Assist surgical teams during procedures, ensuring patient safety and maintaining a sterile environment.
• Postoperative Care: Monitor and support patients in the recovery area, collaborating with the care team for seamless transitions.
• Accurate Documentation: Keep detailed records to comply with regulatory standards and support care continuity.
• Quality Initiatives: Contribute to ongoing quality improvement efforts for optimal surgical outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active California RN license.
• Minimum of 1 years of operating room experience preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
