Facility Requirements:

• Must have 2 years recent behavioral health hospital experience working with children & adolescents 
• Must have BLS certification (Must be through the American Heart Association), RQI certification will not accepted, this must be attached to the submission
• Must have Handle With Care certification, this must be attached to the submission
• Must have Oklahoma RN license, must be attached to resume
• Oklahoma fingerprints will be required for the BH unit
