Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Position - Mt. Pleasant, SC

Hourly Pay Rate: $40/hr

Shift: On Call

Position Type: Per Diem

Required Certification: BLS by AHA

Minimum Experience: 1 year

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team in Mt. Pleasant, SC. This position is ideal for a professional looking for flexibility and the opportunity to provide high-quality care in an on-call capacity.

Requirements:

• Active LPN license in the state of South Carolina
• BLS certification by the American Heart Association (AHA)
• Minimum of 1 year of practical nursing experience
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or physician
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient health and report any changes to the healthcare team
• Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records
• Assist with patient education and discharge planning
