Unit Profiles: The purpose of a unit profile is to help provide an exceptional understanding of the unit. Profiles will include location, number of beds, patient rations, and other unique details to assist recruiting professional in effectively and efficiently identifying highly qualified staff. Below you will find a data collection tool to help you identify essential data needed to complete your profile. Data Collection: Unit Information: 3Central – Med/Surg Unit Location: St David’s S Austin Med Ctr, 3rd Floor (3C) Building: Floor: 3rd Order Detail: Facility Department Number: 94577 Discipline: RN Case Manager Quantity: 1 Target Start Date: 11/11/2024 Shift: 6:30a-5p Call Requirements Weekends: rotating General Information Tell us about the unit(s): 3 Central • Number of Beds - 34 • Number of Staff - 2 • Type of staff: o Day Shift – 1 RN, 1 SW for Case Management o Night Shift - n/a • Patient Ratios – n/a • Type of equipment - computer, iPad, work phone • EMR – Meditech, Midas • Permanent Positions on Unit Avaliable?
