2 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN A HOPSITAL SETTING REQUIRED
MUST HAVE ACTIVE COMPACT LICENSE AT SUBMISSION

Unit Information: 4East Acute Surgical/Trauma UnitLocation: Terre Haute Regional HospitalAddress: 3901 S. 7Th Street Terre Haute, IN 47802Floor: 4thBuilding: Main General InformationTell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds – 21 private, 29 semi-privateNumber of Staff – 32Type of staff:Day Shift – 1 charge, sectary, 1 PCT, 3 RNsNight Shift – 1 charge, 1 PCT, 3 RNsPatient Ratios – 1:4/5Type of equipment – Drains, Traction, Tele, Chest Tubes, External Fixators, Wound Vacs EMR – Meditech Hiring profile Must have: Med/Surg experience Preferred or nice to have: Post-Surgical experience List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Very minimal bedside procedures-chest tube placement, I&Ds Wound care with Vacs Best personality Fit:Outgoing, calm, and caring REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:BLSFloating Area(s):5E-med/SurgDress Code: Scrub Color/Attire – navy scrubs Weekends and On call:Rotation of up to 4 weekend shifts (Friday or Saturday) per schedule (4 week period) with 2 up to Sunday shifts
