Hiring profile
Requested Skill Set:
Must have: (candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role)
- 2+ Years of experience preferred.
- BLS REQUIRED
- EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: GE
Preferred Skills/Advanced Skills Needed: (candidates with these skills will be considered first) Experience with the following:
- Scanners: GE 32 slice Rev EVO, Toshiba 32 slice
- Imaging Rooms: 4 GE (1 FF Digital, 2 retrofitted with Carestream digital)
- Portables: 3 digital (2 GE, 1 Carestream)
- C-Arms: 5 GE
- GE PACS
- Meditech RIS – experience preferred
Specialty/Unit Certifications Required: (Tech)
- ARRT (CT) Certified - REQUIRED
- TX Licensed Radiologist - REQUIRED
Procedures performed on unit:
- Required to take X-Rays - CT
Dress Code: Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire.
- Scrub Color
- CT TECH: Facility will not provide scrubs (gray preferred or solid-colored scrubs)
- Nail Policy – Clean and Healthy, no artificial nails, gel, next gen, etc.
- Hair - hair should be neat and clean with no extreme styles or colors. Beards, mustaches and sideburns should be clean and neatly trimmed. Hair must be pulled back if shoulder length or longer when working in the lab.
- Tattoos – Body art should be covered whenever possible. Body art that is not feasible to cover on a daily basis will be addressed individually
- Piercings – Visible piercings other than ears is prohibited. This includes nose rings, tongue rings, etc.
