Job Title : Case Manager
Location : SAN LEANDRO, CA
Contract Duration : 13 weeks
40 hours Day shift
Pay Package
Weekly Gross:$2641
Per Diem : $1841
W2: $20
Must Haves :
Must have BLS certification these must be attached to the submission (Must be through the American Heart Association); RQI certifications will not be accepted
Must have RN Case Management experience
Must have 2 years recent hospital Case Management experience
Must have California RN license (must be attached to resume)
Shift is Monday - Friday 8:30a-5p, no weekends or on-call
