Shift: Evening and Night Shifts

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Laboratory Scientist (Traveler) to join our team at our Dover, NJ facility. This role requires a versatile and experienced generalist who is proficient in Chemistry, Hematology, Coagulation, Urinalysis, and Blood Bank procedures. The position is designed for a professional who can work independently, especially during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests in the areas of Chemistry, Hematology, Coagulation, Urinalysis, and Blood Bank.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment according to established procedures.
• Analyze test results, interpret data, and report findings accurately and promptly.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and quality standards.
• Work independently during night shifts, managing the laboratory without direct supervision.

Shift Details:

• Evening Shifts: 3 shifts per week from 14:00 to 22:30.
• Night Shifts: 2 shifts per week from 22:00 to 06:30, including every other Saturday and Sunday.
• Off Days: 1 day off per week and every other weekend off.

Qualifications:

• Valid BLS certification.
• Current and unrestricted Clinical Laboratory Scientist license/certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a generalist in a clinical laboratory setting.
• Ability to work independently, particularly during night shifts.

Compensation:

• Pay Rate: $41 per hour.
