Job Description
Position: Certified Medication Aide
Location: Omaha, NE
Pay scale: Upto $20hourly
Shift: Flexible
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications to patients in accordance with prescribed schedules and dosage instructions.
- Monitor and record vital signs before and after medication administration.
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date medication records.
- Communicate with healthcare professionals regarding any observed changes in patients' conditions.
- Provide support to patients in understanding and managing their medication regimens.
- Adhere to facility policies, procedures, and medication administration protocols.
Requirements:
- Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification.
- Proficiency in medication administration procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Effective communication skills.
- Adherence to safety protocols and infection control measures.
