Location: Kearney, NE, 68847
Start Date: ASAP (your expertise is needed!)
Employment Type: 13-Week Contract
Shift: 12-Hour Nights Shifts, 36 Hours Weekly Guaranteed

Provide advanced nursing care to patients transitioning from ICU-level care.
Monitor and assess patients’ conditions, including vital signs and responses to treatments.
Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
Educate patients and families on care plans, procedures, and discharge instructions.
Maintain accurate and thorough patient records.
Adhere to hospital policies, protocols, and safety standards to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Active RN license in NE.
Minimum of 2 years of Stepdown or similar progressive care experience.
Current BLS, NIHSS and ACLS certifications (or willingness to obtain prior to start).
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to excel in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment.
