Location: Irwin, PA 15637

Shift: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM

Contract Duration: 9 Weeks

Pay Rate: $40/Hour

Job Description:

United Healthcare Staffing is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team in Irwin, PA. This is a temporary position for a 9-week contract, with the possibility of extension based on performance and staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with their care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient health and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized patient care plans.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
• Educate patients and families on healthcare needs, conditions, and treatment options.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an LPN in a healthcare setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Compassionate and patient-focused attitude.

Additional Information:

• This position requires standing, walking, and lifting as part of daily duties.
• Must be available to work the specified shift hours (6:30 AM - 3:00 PM).
• Opportunity for contract extension based on performance.
