Department: Lab Manager - MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE AS A MANAGER! *Certs required: MLS through ASCP* NO CLINICAL INVOLVEMENT - Certs: Do they need BLS (will they have contact w/ patients?): Do not need BLS- will not have contact with patients. MLS through ASCP. - Education: Do you require an associates degree or bachelors degree?: No degree required just MLS certification - Specific Job Duties Related to this role?: Responsible for the HR functions of the areas overseen. Will not be working in the lab performing testing. - Experience or 'Must have' skills: Must have 5-10 years experience as a supervisor or manager in any lab setting. Histo/direct point of care experience is preferred but not required
