PACE Home Care Coordinator (HHA) LOCATION: 880 3rd Ave., Suite A, Chula Vista, CA 91911 SCHEDULE: Mon – Fri, 8am – 5pm EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: One year experience with the frail or elderly population. Valid California Driver’s License EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: CNA certification and California Department of Public Health Home Health Aide certificate (HHA) CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED: Must have CNA and California Department of Public Health Home Health Aide certificate (HHA). Must have CPR and First Aide certification form the American Heart Association. COMPENSATION: $22.39 - $25.03 - $28.09
