CENTER MANAGER (PHYSICAL THERAPIST) – SAN RAMON, CA
$60–$65/hr | Full-Time | Outpatient Facility | Leadership Role + Referral Bonus
Therapy Healthcare Inc. is hiring a full-time Center Manager (PT) in San Ramon, CA for an outpatient facility. If you're a licensed Physical Therapist with leadership skills (or leadership potential) and you're tired of being micromanaged or stuck in meetings about meetings—this one’s for you.
What you’ll get:

Full-time schedule (predictable hours, steady caseload)

What you’ll be doing:
Lead day-to-day clinic operations and support your therapy team
Provide top-notch PT care while managing schedules, workflow, and team communication
Foster a positive, efficient, and patient-centered environment
Help drive clinical outcomes and team growth
Be the go-to person who makes things run smoother—not more complicated
Who we’re looking for:
Licensed PT in California
Strong clinical background; leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
Ready to lead while still staying hands-on with patients
Organized, approachable, and solution-oriented
Full-time availability (no weekends unless you really want them)
