• Position: Physical Therapist (PT)
• Location: Monterey, CA, 93940
• Start Date: 27th Jan 2025
• Employment Type: 13 weeks Contract
• Shift:  Days,  Clinic hours starting January 6th 2025 will be Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 7:30 AM to 4 PM. Tuesday and Thursday 9:30 AM to 6 PM.
• Pay: $71/hour

• Gross Weekly: $2,840/week
• Expected Hours: 40 per week
• Charting System: EPIC

• JOB: Outpatient Physical Therapist
• Department: PT
• Clinic hours starting January 6th 2025 will be Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 7:30 AM to 4 PM. Tuesday and Thursday 9:30 AM to 6 PM.
• # of patients treated per day: 8-12, average is around 10 typically 1 eval a day but this can change if schedule is light.
• Common diagnosis / Types of patients: This clinic is mostly Ortho, there will occasionally be some higher level neuro patients Acute Inpatient, Acute Rehab, Skilled, Outpatient? This is an outpatient clinic
• What areas are they required to cover? They will be located at the Marina wellness center outpatient PT clinic
• PT Manager/Supervisor: Geoff Slovenski clinic supervisor, Marie Tefora Assistant director
• Rehab Aides: PTA's: Aides are available to assist with treatment if needed, we currently have on PTA on staff
• Shifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling? Block scheduling?): Clinic hours starting January 6th 2025 will be Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 7:30 AM to 4 PM. Tuesday and Thursday 9:30 AM to 6 PM. Therapists do not schedule their own patients Weekend Requirements: N/A
• Holiday Requirements: The clinic is closed most major holidays but may be open on minor holidays
• Scrub Color/Dress Code: Scrubs are allowed, we use a Teal color. Otherwise a business uniform is allowed. See attached dress code for more details.
• Department specific orientation: There will be orientation to clinic policies and procedures as well as training in the use of EPIC EMR

Must have:  candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

• General Certification Requirements (BLS, etc.): BLS, other requirements such as vaccinations are handled by HR department.
• Proficient with use of computers, Knowledge of EPIC EMR is helpful but not required as training will be provided.
• 1 year of experience as PT
• SSN, DL  Mandatory
