Job Description

Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Location: Brockton, MA

Duration: 12 weeks

Pay Rate: $38/hr

Shift: 40 hours per week

• Monday and Thursday: 7:00 am - 7:00 pm
• Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 7:00 am - 4:00 pm
• Saturday: 7:00 am - 1:00 pm

Role Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in urgent care, ambulatory facilities, or ER; required.
• Licensure: Licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a Licensed Practical Nurse; required.
• Certifications: Current BLS (AHA); required.
• Local Candidates: Locals only; required.
• Preferred Systems Knowledge: Meditech, IDX, and AllScripts; preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care in various urgent care and ambulatory settings.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and perform treatments as prescribed.
• Assist with patient assessments and document care in patient records.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Float between three centers: 110 Liberty Brockton, MA, and 1 Compass Way East Bridgewater, MA.

Qualifications:

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts; required.
• Current BLS (AHA) certification upon hire and maintain current; required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience in urgent care, ambulatory facilities, or ER; required.
• Proficiency with Meditech, IDX, and AllScripts systems; preferred.
• Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• 40 hours per week, 12-week contract.
