• Position: CNA-LTC/SNF
• Location: Turtle Lake, ND 58575
• Start Date: 16th Dec
• Employment Type: 13 weeks Contract
• Shift:  Nights- Evenings:- 14:45- 23:15, EOW, Every Other Holiday
• Pay: $32/hour
• Gross Weekly: $1,151/week
• Expected Hours: 36 per week
• Charting System: EPIC
• Trauma Level: CAH

• Experience or 'Must have' skills: direct patient care experience, medical floor nursing

• CNA: Patient Ratios: team work, no ratios
• Common diagnoses/Types of patients: Dementia, pneumonia
• How many years’ experience required? 2 yrs
• Previous travel experience required? yes
• Is there a Charge Nurse on each shift? yes
• Do you allow self-scheduling? Block scheduling? yes, when able
• Weekend Requirements: every other weekend
• Holiday Requirements: every other
• Is there a call or standby requirement? no
• Call response time? N/A
• Floating Requirements: no
• Scrub Color/Dress Code: scrubs no specific color
• Radius Rule: 50 miles AND candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity.
• RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13-week contract). Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions.

Must have:  candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

• Must have CNA State License.
• BLS (American Heart Association).
• At least 2 years of experience in direct patient care experience, medical floor nursing
• SSN, DL, Covid Card Mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care: Assist with daily living activities, including feeding, bathing, grooming, and mobility support.
• Comfort and Safety: Address patient needs by answering call lights and ensuring comfort through effective communication.
• Monitoring: Report changes in patient conditions to the supervising nurse or medical professional.
• Transportation Support: Help transport patients within the facility.
• Documentation: Record patient activities and care provided as per facility protocols.
