•       Number of Beds – 900 +

•       Number of Staff – 42 Total staff

•       Type of staff:

o   Day Shift – 1 supervisor, 17 technologist

o   Evening Shift 1 Supervisor, 8 staff

o   Night Shift – 1 supervisor, 4 - 5 staff

•       Patient Ratios – variable – extrememly busy

•       Type of equipment – GE and Siemens. OEC

•       EMR -Meditech,  AGFA PACS,  GE CENTRICITY RIS

Skill Set Most recruited for: 

Must have:  candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

•        General radiography,

•       Portable radiography

Preferred or nice to have:  candidates with these skills will be considered first.

•        Same as above

•        Same as above

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):  

•        All routine radiography.

•        OR radiography.

•       Primarily ED work and portable.

Best personality Fit:

•       Able to work with others and occasionally work alone.  Self motivated

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:

•       ARRT,  Texas Medical Board

Floating Area(s):

•       Primarily ED.   No call required

Dress Code:

•       Olive tops, black Pants.

Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.

•        

Weekends and On call(if any)

•       No call,   Weekends only if they choose to pick up extra.
