Join Our Team: RN - ER Role with Evolve HCR

Location: Yuma, AZ

Start Date: 2-weeks after offer

Employment Type: Direct Hire

Shift: 12/hr nights

 

Pay: as follows:

RNs must have 2+ years of experience         

RN 2 years     $39.93     

RN 3 years     $41.43     

RN 4 years     $42.92     

RN 5 years     $44.42     

RN 6 years     $45.92     

RN 7 years     $47.42     

RN 8 years     $48.91     

RN 9 years     $50.41     

RN 10 years   $51.91

 

Shift differential for nights/weekends:         

Nights $4.50 | Weekends $4.00        

Expected Hours: 36-40 per week

Emergency Room RN Hiring Incentives

Must have a minimum of 2+ years ED / ICU critical care RN experience

 

Out of Area RN Hires (meeting RN experience requirements):

-          Sign On Incentive: $5,000 with one year commitment or $10,000 with two year commitment

-          Expanded Relation Incentive: 3 months provided housing and then $1,000 per month for up to 12 months housing stipend.

RN Emergency Room (Nights) Relocation assistance available, temporary housing available for 3 months

As an ER nurse, you’ll play a vital role in providing immediate and life-saving care to patients in critical situations. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Triage and Assessment: Quickly evaluate and prioritize patients based on the severity of their condition.
  2. Critical Interventions: Administer medications, manage injuries, and provide life-supporting care in emergency situations.
  3. Patient and Family Support: Deliver compassionate care while communicating treatment plans effectively.
  4. Coordination: Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  5. Record Keeping: Document patient care accurately for legal and medical purposes.

Qualifications:

  • Active RN license.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in emergency or critical care nursing.
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certifications required.
  • Strong multitasking, decision-making, and communication skills.
