Certified Nurse Assistant - CNA
Job Description
Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Location: San Jose, CA, 95117
Pay Scale: Up to $1,400
Shift: Flexible
Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate and exceptional patient care, including assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Respond promptly to patient calls, assess their needs, and offer the appropriate assistance.
- Monitor and document vital signs, food intake, and urinary/fecal output, ensuring accurate patient records.
- Collaborate with medical professionals to gather and follow treatment plans and updates on patient conditions.
- Remind and assist patients in taking medications and supplements as prescribed.
- Stay up-to-date with CNA training and adhere to the facility’s policies and procedures for quality care.
Requirements:
- State Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification
- Current CPR Certification (American Heart Association)
- Completion of CNA Nursing Program
- CNA License
- COVID-19 Vaccination and valid CPR/Health Documents/License/Physical
- BLS Certification
