Job Description
This assignment will be at our Main Campus 1919 E Thomas Road, Phoenix, AZ 85016 COVID-19 vaccination is recommended but not required. Flu vaccination will be required October through April. Flu exemption applications must be received and approved by Phoenix Children’s prior to starting. Anyone not vaccinated for either Flu or COVID-19 will be required to sign Declination& Masking Protocol agreements and must mask during the respiratory virus season. Job Summary: This position performs invasive cardiovascular procedures to produce consistently high quality examinations in accordance with all applicable standards, regulations, and licensing requirements. Experience Requirements: Pediatric Experience Minimum of one year of Cath Lab, CV Invasive Specialist, or procedural area experience Certification/License/Registry Requirements: ARRT Registration Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
